Insurance coverage is often denied for any number of reasons - it truly is a somewhat uncertain future for us.

It takes an Army - Heidi's Battle with Cancer

<font color="#333333">Hello Everyone,<br /><br />My friend and single mom was driving in the snowy weather early this morning. A chunk of ice and snow fell off the car in front of her. She hit it, hydroplaned, and smashed into the freeway barrier. <br /><br />She desperately needs $1,500 for the deductible, so she can get her car fixed. It’s her only vehicle to get to work. She has to work to support herself and her daughter. <br /><br />Please help this wonderful lady get her car fixed. She never asks for anything, so I’m asking for her. <br /><br />Thank you so much! </font>

Single Mom In Need of Insurance Deductible

<div>I’m a US Navy disabled veteran. My service dog passed away two weeks ago. I had him for ten and a half years. I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, as well as mobility issues.

<div>I have been approved for a new service dog through Northwest Battle Buddies. I will have to stay near the facility for 5 weeks in order to train and bond with my new service animal.

<div>I am in need of funds for the hotel, food, and gas for the 5 weeks I have to stay in Battle Ground, WA. Getting a new service dog will help me live my life outside my home. I’m struggling without my constant companion.

<div>For five weeks, your day will consist of preparation, training and socialization with fellow veterans. 
</div>

<div>The training will be Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day and will vary as far as start time and finish time. (Normally training will be from 9 – 1pm) 
</div>

<div>Training will take place at our facility, our office, shopping malls, airport, The Max in Portland, restaurants and other locations as necessary. 
</div>

<div>We realize that training in any of these locations may make you uncomfortable, please be assured we will be there to support you and set you up for success. We have a tremendous support staff who’s primary function is to ensure you will never be alone and assist you with navigating through the training.
</div>

<div>My nephew was in an accident and was burnt very badly. <strong>He has fourth-degree chemical burns.</strong> He was airlifted to the Salt Lake City Burn Center, where he was rushed into surgery to remove the burnt skin.

<div>My sister ran out the door. She has nothing with her except her phone. <strong>They are going to need food, clothing, lodging for my sister, and plane tickets home.</strong>
