<div>Neil being a big fan of Game of Thrones mentioned that he’s never seen a show of that genre in an African influenced world. Once I realized, I also never seen a show of that kind. We decided to give it a shot.

<div>The goal is to create a concept trailer to explain the show and a comic book series to explain the history of the world and the people in it. By completing these two concepts it will better our chances of bringing this show to reality.

Exhausted Postal Workers Trying To Produce a Show

We're looking to raise at least $15,000 to fund the creation of six TV-show length animated episodes for a second season of the "TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise" webseries! We've previously created 10 full-length episodes and 7 shorts, only making income off of merch sales, ad revenue and special events. That's why we're seeking a budget to produce season 2 in higher quality! The money raised will be used to cover the cost of animation, background art, music, voice acting, sound design and more.<br /><br /><strong>.:SERIES SYNOPSIS:.</strong><br />TOME is a Flash-Animated webseries about a futuristic virtual reality game from the year 2020. The story focuses on five players in the world of TOME, who become wrapped up in the activity of some bizarre hackers, searching the game for an item called "The Forbidden Power". However, keep in mind before bidding, if you do not own a decent-quality microphone with which to record, you may not voice the character itself, but I will work with you to assign an appropriate voice actor to portray the character.<br /><br /><strong>PLEASE NOTE:</strong> The money raised for the final bid will also be put towards the funding of TOME Season 2 overall, but the rewards will be separate. <div><strong>I am currently past due on rent and my landlord is threatening to change the locks rather than go through a standard eviction process.</strong>

<div>While this is illegal on their part, there's nothing I can do that can immediately remedy my situation. I tried to diffuse, negotiate, and reason with my landlord, but they opted to simply reply saying, "I don't care about the law," and even went as far as threatening physical violence if I don't vacate the space. The situation started as an easily solvable problem in which I was short $300 dollars for rent, but due to how it has been escalated I now need enough money to move into an entirely new space. There are no resources or institutions that help with this sort of thing outside of small claims court, which is a lengthy and costly process that frankly is not going to help with my current circumstances.

I have recently been in a transitional phase between switching from full-time freelance work to a regular nine-to-five job. The issue is that the job market in California is very unstable right now, and it has taken me much longer to find a job than I thought it would. Once I have a normal job and no longer have to focus on freelance work, I will be able to produce art more freely in my spare time and will hopefully never encounter a situation like this ever again.
