<div>CATFISH - CRYPTO - CRYPTOCURRENCY - SCAM ARTIST VICTIM
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In a moment of vulnerability on a dating app, I was drawn into a web of deceit by a cunning scam artist who posed as someone genuine, sharing photos and even videos of themselves with sick/unwell family members that made me believe in our connection.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This person inevitably, after time, persuaded and convinced me that if I follow their precise instructions that they can help me make money buying and selling crypto currency. As a first-time user of cryptocurrency, I trusted their guidance, only to be manipulated into investing my entire life savings of $8,000—hard-earned money I’d built over many years—in what turned out to be a cruel fraud.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Once I had invested over $12,000 from my savings account and visually could see that I had made nearly $40,000 I tried to withdraw the funds. They then convinced me a final “tax fee” would need to be paid to unlock the $40,000.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Panicking and out of money, I reached out to friends and family for help who then convinced me that I had fallen victim to a cryptocurrency scam. The feeling and excitement from buying and trading in Cryptocurrency then quickly turned to complete dread.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I thought I had earned a large sum of money through the crypto currency market but instead, they vanished, leaving me penniless, heartbroken, and spiraling into deep depression and thoughts of self-harm when the individual finally blocked me and ceased communication with me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This nightmare has shattered my world, but with your kindness and support through donations, I can begin to rebuild, regain my footing, and find some hope again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every and any contribution would honestly mean the world to me—If you can, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help in helping restore a bit of faith in humanity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Conclusion:
</div>
<div>Final thoughts:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This devastating experience has taught me hard lessons that I hope can spare others the same pain: True trust is rare in the digital world—scammers can lie effortlessly through words, images, or videos to exploit your goodwill.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Rely on yourself above all; thoroughly research topics like cryptocurrency before diving in, question everything, and never transfer money to unfamiliar sources, apps, or even acquaintances without ironclad verification that your hard earned money will be returned to you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>ALWAYS VISUALLY SEE AND SPEAK TO THE PERSON IN REAL-TIME BEFORE MAKING ANY LIFE ALTERING DECISIONS.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>(This involves a camera or cam to cam)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Stop, think, and use your judgment to protect what’s yours.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking your time to read about my story and circumstances.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kind regards and Warm Wishes,
</div>
<div><br />
