<div>Hi, my name is Wayne and I have been selected to represent Great Britain at the World Transplant Games for the second time. Thanks to the support of generous people I was able to come back from the last World Transplant Games with 4 medals (one Gold, two Silver and one Bronze). I had a fantastic time, I met transplant recipients from around the world. The Games have helped me to come to terms with my health journey and to be more open about it. I have used my participation in the Games as a platform to promote the power of organ donation (I even had one person reach out to me to talk about becoming a living donor).

<div>This time the Games will be held in Dresden, Germany from the 17th to the 24th August 2025. I am told that the competition is even more fierce when the Games are held in the Northern Hemisphere. The Games motivate me to keep improving and I believe this is the reason that I have gone from being the sickly person amongst my peers to one of the fittest. I believe with hard work and your support, I can do even better at these Games than I did at the last ones. In return for your generosity, I will work hard to improve right up to the Games and do my best to make my donor, family, supporters and country proud.

<div>The money raised will be used to pay for registration fees, travel costs (including insurance which is more expensive for transplant recipients), and the cost of purchasing GB kit. All training, nutrition and equipment costs will come out of my own pocket as I could not ask anyone to pay these for me.

<div>I hope to raise funds as quickly as possible because this will give me more time to focus on training and raising awareness of the power of organ donation. Even if I reach my target early I will keep this page open to keep all my supporters up to date with my training and how I (and my GB team mates) get on at the World Transplant Games but I will not expect any donations beyond my target. Wayne represent Great Britain at the World Transplant Games

<div>After talking about the ongoing situation for a while, <strong>David Wood</strong> and I (<strong>Apostate Prophet</strong>) have been <strong>invited to Israel</strong> to have a closer look at what has been happening over there. I want to use this opportunity and spend some time in Israel to meet with as many people as possible and to create important content on politics, history, and society, including Israeli, Arab, and even Palestinian communities.

<div>We will travel to Israel and spend more than a week there. During our stay, we will also hire people who will help us with video production, transportation, interpretation, and more.
</div>

<div>I estimate that the trip will cost us around $10,000 half of which is spent on traveling, transportation in Israel, accommodation, etc.
</div>
