Two years ago, our twins entered the world fighting for their lives in the NICU. Today, they are thriving—but the financial impact of that difficult beginning still weighs heavily on our family.
My name is Michael, and I’m a husband and father doing everything I can to keep my family on solid ground during one of the hardest seasons we’ve faced.
When our twins were born, they required extended care in the NICU. While we are deeply grateful for their health today, the medical bills from that time have continued to follow us. More recently, my wife lost her job, and shortly after, we were hit with emergency repairs to our home and vehicles—expenses that couldn’t be delayed.
As these challenges stacked up, we fell behind on essential bills despite working hard and doing everything possible to stay afloat.
We are currently facing approximately:
• $30,000 in past-due mortgage payments
• $40,000 in medical bills
• $10,000 in utilities and property taxes
These hardships weren’t caused by poor planning or irresponsible choices, but by life changing suddenly and all at once. We’ve exhausted extensions, payment plans, and every option we could manage on our own.
The goal of this fundraiser is to stabilize our household—catch up on critical bills, keep our home secure, and reduce the medical debt so we can focus on caring for our children and rebuilding financially.
Any donation, no matter the amount, truly helps. If you’re unable to give, sharing this page is just as meaningful. Your support gives our family breathing room, stability, and hope for the future.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for being part of our journey forward.
