For the past 7 years, my food truck has been more than just a business it has been my life, my purpose, and the way I provided for myself and the people around me. I built it from the ground up through long days, sleepless nights, sacrifices, and every dollar I could put back into it. That truck carried my dreams, my hard work, and my future. On May 12,2026, everything changed in a matter of minutes. My food truck was intentionally set on fire while parked near St. Jude in Memphis. Watching something I spent years building burn to the ground is a pain I honestly can’t fully explain. I lost thousands of dollars in equipment, inventory, tools, and the only source of income I truly depended on. Unfortunately, I did not have insurance coverage at the time, which means this loss fell completely on me. What hurts the most is knowing this wasn’t an accident. This was something done on purpose, and it has completely shaken me emotionally, mentally, and financially. Anyone who knows me knows I’ve always been a hardworking person focused on business, growth, and trying to create something positive for myself and my community. I never imagined I would be starting over like this. I’m creating this GoFundMe because right now I truly need help. The support will go toward replacing equipment, rebuilding the truck, covering immediate living expenses, and helping me get back to doing what I love serving people through my food and rebuilding the business I worked so hard for.
