I’m raising funds to begin work that matters deeply to me: helping people in need as winter approaches, sending relief to Gary, Indiana and Puerto Rico, and starting my campaign. I hope to begin these efforts as soon as possible, ideally within thirty days, because I want to start getting support where it is needed now. As a veteran, an educator for more than twenty years, and a legal professional, I have spent my life focused on service, advocacy, and community. The causes that drive me are protecting children, helping those in need, education reform, and veteran advocacy. These are not distant issues to me. They are the reasons I am stepping forward and asking for help so I can take action. Donations will help me buy tents for people experiencing homelessness as winter comes closer, assemble care packages, send relief to Gary, Indiana and Puerto Rico, and cover campaign fees so I can begin this work. My goal is to turn these values into direct support and meaningful action for the communities I care about. If you are able to give, any amount would help me get started.
