I'm a single person doing everything I can to make it in today's world. I live on SSI, which barely covers rent, food, and other essentials. It's tough to find people you can trust, so I looked for a companion to keep me company and bring some comfort into my life. That's how Seppar, my miniature bottlenosed pit, became part of my family. He absolutely loves everyone and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. About two weeks ago, Seppar got sick. I managed to gather enough money to take him to the vet, hoping to find out what was wrong and how I could help him feel better. The vet told me Seppar has heartworms, and the treatment, medication, and vet visits are very expensive. Living on a fixed income makes it nearly impossible to afford the care he needs. Seppar has been a loyal, loving companion, and I honestly don't know what I would do without him. He's helped me through some of the hardest times, especially when I was struggling with depression. He gives me a reason to get out of bed and take care of him, and I want to do everything I can to keep him healthy for as long as possible. I'm asking for help to pay for Seppar's heartworm treatment and all the necessary vet visits. If you can help, please do.
