Aunt Karen is a beautiful human, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who has always looked at the world with humor and compassion. As a single mom, she raised two daughters and still found ways to give back to her community, often offering her last dollar to someone in need. Her generosity and kindness have touched countless lives, and she has always put others before herself.

 Recently, Karen suffered a massive stroke that left her entire left side debilitated. This life-changing event means she now requires extensive support to maintain her quality of life. She needs medical equipment such as lift assist devices, a wheelchair ramp, and a new accessible bathroom and shower. In addition, Karen will need home aids around the clock to help with daily tasks and ensure her safety and comfort.
