<div>Our hearts are shattered beyond words. After an incredibly courageous battle with DMG, our beautiful daughter Scarlett has gained her angel wings. She was only eight years old, yet she touched more lives than many people do in a lifetime. Scarlett was the light of every room she entered. She had the funniest personality, a contagious laugh, and a smile that could brighten even the darkest days. She was strong, determined, silly, and full of love. She had a way of making everyone around her laugh. Being Scarlett's parents has been the greatest honor of our lives. Every moment with her was a gift. Although our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is in heaven running around making new friends and back on the softball field.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Throughout Scarlett's journey, our family has been surrounded by an incredible community of love and support. From every prayer, every message, every meal, every donation, every act of kindness, you all have carried us through the unimaginable. There are simply no words that can express how grateful we are. As we navigate this heartbreaking loss, we are asking for help with Scarlett's funeral and memorial expenses so we can give her the beautiful farewell she deserves. Any contribution, no matter what the amount, will help ease the financial burden during this devastating time. If you are unable to donate, we ask that you please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers and consider sharing Scarlett's story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our precious Scarlett will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be our greatest blessing.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Remaining funds will be used towards Scarlett's Sister (Elena).

<div>No parent should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child. It is a heartbreak beyond words—one that changes a life forever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a long and courageous 11 year battle and 10 relapses with cancer, sweet Zaiden has gained his angel wings. For years, he fought with incredible strength, showing resilience and bravery beyond his age. Through every hospital visit, every treatment, and every difficult moment, his mom, Kassandra, stood right by his side—loving him, comforting him, and fighting alongside him every step of the way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kassandra gave everything she had to care for Zaiden. During this time, she also faced another devastating hardship—she lost her job while being his full-time caregiver. Now, in the midst of unimaginable grief, she is left not only mourning the loss of her beloved son but also struggling to cover funeral expenses and daily living needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Any donation—big or small—will go directly toward covering funeral costs and helping Kassandra as she navigates life after this profound loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping Kassandra and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support.

<div>Rest in peace, Zaiden.

<div>You are forever loved, Forever Thirteen.

<div>Hello friends and family! We are asking for your support to raise funds for our cousin Elena, who needs to undergo a Tracheostomy (surgical procedure on the windpipe) which will help her breathe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our cousin, as many already know, has a degenerative neuromuscular disease called Charcot Marie Tooth (has no cure), which over the years has been diminishing her anatomy and physiology, causing several health problems, on this occasion it is affecting the respiratory system's ability to be able to do its function of “BREATHING”.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In Elena's case, she has had external devices that help her breathe for years, but today it is no longer enough, so it will be necessary to resort to invasive mechanical ventilation, which in her case will be essential and beneficial to stay alive. Thank you for your donations and support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hola amig@s! Estamos solicitando su apoyo para recaudar fondos para nuestra prima Elena, quien requiere someterse a una Traqueostomía (procedimiento quirúrgico en la tráquea) la cual le ayudara a respirar.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>En el caso de Elena ya tiene años con dispositivos externos que le ayudan a respirar, pero hoy por hoy ya no es suficiente, por lo que será necesario recurrir a la ventilación mecánica invasiva, que en su caso será imprescindible y beneficioso.
</div>

Ayudame a respirar!! Help me breathe!!

<div><br />
</div>
<div>On February 5, 2023, Benedict woke up with sudden, complete paralysis of both his legs. This came after days of excruciating and unbearable sciatic pain that left him unable to properly walk, sleep, sit, or lay down in any position. Despite following doctors’ instructions for sciatica pain relief, his condition rapidly worsened until he lost lower body function and had to be carried to the ER by his roommate and uncle. This occurred while he also struggled with a large, abnormal lump in the right neck’s lymph node, which doctors identified as a side effect of infection but refused to go down with antibiotics. After 2 anxious weeks of hospitalization, he finally received a diagnosis: Stage IV diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since his February 6th laminectomy, Benedict has been confined to a hospital bed, consistently being both the youngest on his floor and the longest resident. His cancer is at stage IV, affecting multiple systems in his body including the lumbar spine, thoracic spine, the enlarged neck lymph node, pancreas, etc. The growing masses on his spine are causing intense compression of his spinal cord and nerves, leading to acute pain and loss of function in the full lower body (bladder, bowel, leg motor function). He began chemotherapy quickly after diagnosis to limit further growth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="m-text-editor-image" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/71387429_1679679076375150_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, initial R CHOP chemotherapy unfortunately failed. The little progress made after the laminectomy, such as slight movement in the legs, was then lost as the cancer progressed. He’s been transferred to a different hospital since and had 15 days of radiation before a more aggressive RICE chemotherapy treatment begins. Doctors have been treating him even on weekends considering the severity of his case and are doing their best to see signs of returning leg function. So far, Ben has spent 48 days hospitalized and will likely need to stay multiple weeks longer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="m-text-editor-image" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/71387429_167960794494752_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even while battling cancer, he continues to make nurses, doctors, and maintenance staff laugh with his infectious sense of humor, and reassure friends and family with his steadfast optimism and positivity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img class="m-text-editor-image" alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/71387429_1679607973919148_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ben desperately wants to get back to his creative endeavors. He’s still doing what he loves most, spending most of his days playing with his cameras, and has so much excitement for getting back to his work and shooting all the great ideas he’s had in his time at the hospital. All he can talk about is how badly he wants to be back on his feet, to shoot around the streets of New York and his back-to-back weekend drives around NJ, CT, and Long Island to shoot weddings. His genuine love for his craft is still alive and strong.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve created this GoFundMe as a way to give back a fraction of the love, generosity, and positivity he’s put out into the world. Anybody who has met him has come away a better person. He’s also been a source of inspiration for many viewers on social media and online channels with his good humor and charming personality.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The money collected would go directly towards his treatments and medical expenses, including the extensive hospitalization, months of chemotherapy and radiation sessions, rehab, and physical therapy. Given that he is unable to work until recovery, we hope to relieve some of the burden of months of lost wages. Other expenses include family travel to and from Virginia, Hawaii, Korea, Canada, etc to care for him while he is unable to…

Benedict Fights Cancer

Please help the Cypress families that were affected by the apartment complex fire that happened yesterday, May 5th. Your generosity will help these families get back on their feet ASAP. They have lost everything due to this fire. Cypress residents take care of each other in our times of need, especially the week of Mother’s day. Reports are that at least one family (single mother and her 17 yr. old son) have lost everything and need our help. Please help donate money whether it is a small donation of $1 or a larger donation of $100. Let's show these families how Cypress comes together for each other. 100% of the donations will be given to the affected families minus the Go Fund Me fees. Thank you for your generosity in advance!<br /><br /><a href="http://www.ocregister.com/articles/fire-660737-concialdi-cars.html" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.ocregister.com/articles/fire-660737-concialdi-cars.html" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://www.ocregister.com/articles/fire-660737-concialdi-cars.html</a></a>
