<div>Hello friends and family, this is Michelle. This go fund me is for my brother Justin and 6 month old nephew Julian. They tragically experienced the unexpected loss of their beloved wife and Mama due to tragic circumstances. As you can imagine they are devastated by this profound trauma and face a long road ahead navigating a life without Teresa.

<div>This unthinkable loss is made more cruel by the fact that Teresa was just one week away from celebrating her first Mother's Day. She was so excited for the day and had long desired to be a mother. She was settling in to her new role as a stay at home Mama to Julian with books, walks, trips to the aquarium, and a recent visit with the Easter Bunny. She adored her son and we are inconsolable that their strong bond has been broken.

<div>Before being Mom, she was a devoted Aunt to my four children. They are heartbroken and cannot make sense of such a senseless tragedy. Auntie Teresa was their only Aunt but she showered them with the love of 100 Aunts; always remembering their birthdays, goals, and celebrating milestones as small as a their first lost tooth to as big as college move in day. I cannot describe the pain our family feels knowing Teresa was robbed of these experiences with Julian.

<div>Justin and Teresa were together for over 10 years and were inseparable for all of them. Justin is in such complete anguish that I do not have the words to finish the sentiment. I am hoping we can alleviate one less worry for him as he brutally comes to terms with raising Julian without Teresa.

<div>Teresa was the most giving person any of us knew and a fierce protector of her boys. This is one way we can help her now.

<p>Update 2/10/21:<br />Unfortunately Dolly's furever home did not come to fruition... so we are still looking for a home that will treat her like a princess.<br /><br />She is being trained to re-walk properly,  heal, sit, and walk on a leash without being dragged etc.  <br /><br />Dolly's platelets keep going up and down.  She is in need of blood tests and medications to keep healing her foot.   The new fresh delicate skin keeps breaking open. <p>I am raising funds for a dog we are calling Dolly. She was abused and needs medical treatment in order not to lose her foot,  she was severely dehydrated and very malnourished. <br /><br />We were able to get her to a vet and they immediately started an iv drip to rehydrate her before they could sedate her for x-rays and a good cleaning of her paw . 
</p>

<p>She will need care 3x a week for a few months  until her paw is out of the woods which  will cost around 50-100 dollars each visit !
</p>

<p>We know times are tough for everyone especially on animals! This was a pure act of abuse and a lack of humanity .<br /><br />So if you can spare anything to help dolly i know she will be grateful along with myself. And then she will be ready for a loving forever home..... which she truly deserves.  
</p>

<div>Hi, my name is Lisa Watson, and my amazing brother Arturo Hammeken found this precious little girl who we have named Lilliana, on the street in really bad condition. She was suffering with heat exhaustion on the streets with no food or water and an open bleeding wound on her chest.

<div>Lilliana is severely emaciated and we have found out she has advanced mammary cancer which can be treated. One of her tumors has ruptured, leaving her with an open, bleeding wound that requires urgent surgical care. Despite her condition, she is incredibly gentle, loving, and trusting — a precious little soul who clearly hasn’t given up, even after everything she’s endured.

<div>We have covered all of the financial and physical care so far, including emergency veterinary treatment, medications, wound care, and stabilization. However, she has a long road ahead, and we are reaching out to our community for help.

<div>In recent months, two of our other rescue dogs, Lou and Dolly (who most of you will remember was our last rescue with the open foot wound), both just underwent cancer surgeries. At the same time, I am also covering my own out-of-pocket medical treatments here in La Paz for cancer. I share this only for transparency — rescue work is an act of love, but it can also be financially overwhelming, and I need some help covering her surgery.

<div>We are asking for help to cover the cost of her cancer surgery ($12,000 pesos/ $680 US dollars) for Lilliana because she has suffered so much and deserves comfort, dignity, and to know unconditional love and safety.
