We are helping a group of helpers and therapists volunteering to support earthquake survivors in Colombia. Helpers need help too! My beautiful country is in pain. My name is Lily Acevedo. I am a Colombian native living in the Atlanta metro area. I was in Colombia when the 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck and was fortunate to make it safely back home. But from here, I am working hard to help those who are still there. Many people survived the earthquake physically but are now facing another kind of crisis. Fear, shock, anxiety, grief, and depression are taking hold as families try to process what they have lived through and what comes next. A dedicated group of therapists has stepped forward to volunteer their time and professional skills to provide physical, emotional and psychological support to survivors. They are caring for people who desperately need them, but they also need support to continue doing this work. My expertise is in nervous system regulation through breathwork. I will be connecting regularly via Zoom with the therapists, volunteers, helpers, and supporters on the ground to help them regulate, decompress, and renew their strength through the power of 9D Breathwork so they can continue showing up for others day after day. My dear personal friend Karin, also from the Atlanta area, was visiting Pereira when the earthquake struck. She is still there with her husband, Jose, personally helping distribute supplies to families in need. HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP **DONATE FUNDS** The therapists are donating their time.
