<div>My name is Keilani, and I’m stepping into a new season of obedience, devotion, and consecration. I have been accepted into a 3-Month Ministry School through San Diego Prayer House in the summer of 2026 — a place that has been profoundly healing and catalytic for my faith.

</div>
<div>A month before I was unexpectedly laid off from my full-time job, the Lord gave me a word: <strong><em>“The Promised Land.”</em></strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>And shortly after, in the uncertainty and wrestling of what was next, I heard Him say: <strong><em>“Consecration.”</em></strong>

<div>He led me to Joshua 3:5:
</div>
<div><strong><em>“Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.”</em></strong>

<div>This was God’s command to the Israelites as they prepared to enter the Promised Land — a call to be set apart so they could witness what He was about to do. I believe this is exactly what God is inviting me into now.

<div><strong>Over the last year, God has entrusted me with opportunities I could never have orchestrated on my own:</strong>

<div>• Leading a small group for six semesters

<div>• Serving in prison ministry
</div>
<div>• Serving the homeless weekly

<div>• Evangelizing at SXSW
</div>
<div>• Organizing “church on the lake” gatherings

<div>• Co-leading revival nights for 200+ believers on 6th Street

<div>• Helping launch a nonprofit that pours into people in hardship

<div>Every door, every person, and every moment has been a reminder of God’s grace — and a responsibility I want to steward with purity, wisdom, and excellence.

<div>Having grown up in San Diego, then moving to Austin, Texas, where I came to new life in Christ, every return home to San Diego Prayer House has been a place of healing, surrender, and encounter. It’s where I’ve laid down battles, wrestled with God, and met Him in personal, powerful ways. I believe He is calling me back there for three months of being set apart — to devote myself to prayer, worship, theology, service, and spiritual formation…

<div>The tuition for the ministry school is $2,200, and I’m believing God for full provision. <div>Yesterday, like many others, <strong>Ashley’s K9 Training took a direct hit from the flash flooding.</strong> Ashley and her family, and their animals, along with all the board and train dogs, had to be rescued by Fire &amp; Rescue. It was truly terrifying.

<div>The good news, and what matters most, is that every person and every dog is safe.
</div>

<div>They experienced heartbreaking losses—some of their farm animals didn’t make it, and the damage to the property is tremendous. They have poured everything they have into this new training/boarding facility that they lived at as well.

<div><strong>Rebuilding the business is critical for the family to carry on.</strong> Ashley has been a pillar to the dog training community and offers a scholarship every year to train local service dogs for free. She has helped so many in Liberty Hill and surrounding areas with their animals, I am hoping we can all come together and help them rebuild!

Ashley's K9 Training Needs Our Help

<div>Hi all, my name is Katie and I am Jacob Heppard’s sister. Jake was in a horrible motorcycle accident on Thursday, January 9th. He has several broken bones in his legs, pelvis, back &amp; face with substantial brain damage. He is currently on a ventilator &amp; has still not woken up. From how things look, he will need extensive rehabilitation and may not even be home within the next year. His beautiful wife is pregnant and due in June 2025 &amp; also has a 1.5 year old daughter. Their family currently lives with myself &amp; my husband Thomas. We want to try our best to get support so they do not have to worry about covering their portion of rent/bills. Anything helps. <div>I’m creating this gofundme on behalf of my sweet and humble parents, Laurie and Rafael Gurvis, who just tragically lost their home to the devastating palisades fire on 1/8/25. They were able to safely evacuate with their pup Riga, and only a few personal belongings.

<div>Their home of over 30 years, along with all their possessions and memories, are gone. They bought their home in the Marquez Knolls in 1991, as newly weds with a newborn, a tight budget, and aspirations to grow their family in the wholesome and tight kit community that is the Palisades. This is the home where they raised 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 4 grandchildren, with more on the way. As a former Pali-Elementary school teacher (Mrs. Gurvis) and a local Santa Monica dentist, my parents engaged with and served our beloved community throughout the last 30+ years they’ve lived here.

<div>On the morning of Monday, October 2nd, my sister Angela Marina Risi, who was pursuing her MFA in Dance at Duke University in Durham NC, was shot and killed in her home. This devastating news has rocked our family and has left us all in a state of shock and profound sadness. Angela was a gentle and compassionate soul who was a light in the life of anyone who knew her. She was quirky, eccentric, and bursting with intelligence and talent, but we will never get to know how the rest of her story would have unfolded.

In Remembrance of Angela Risi

<p>Hi everyone! 
</p>

<p>As most of you have seen my Nana on my Instagram, you know how wonderful and full of life she is. Unfortunately, Nana has a really bad infection with her four front teeth that have been held together by a bridge for the last 40 years, causing the bridge to break in half. This means she will have trouble eating, talking, smiling and anything else that involves her teeth. The dentist said if she doesn’t get it fixed, she could get really sick from her infection and it could cause sepsis. The procedure is over $4,000 and Nana and my family just don’t have the amount to cover it all at once. They won’t let us make payments, which Nana wants because she turns 93 this year.
</p>

<p><br />We don’t want nana in pain and want to try and do everything we can to help her get the procedure she needs.<br /><br />Anything helps us, and we greatly appreciate everyone so much. Nana reads and sees all of the responses to all of the social media and it makes her whole day!
