<div>As a recovering alcoholic, I know firsthand how critical it is to find a safe, clean place to work on recovery and rebuild your life. Through my own experience, I've seen how difficult it is to find hope and practical solutions—particularly when navigating tough financial situations and dealing with banks and agencies that lack resources for people in recovery. This is one of the reasons why I'm launching this fundraiser: to create a dedicated program that delivers both real solutions and renewed hope to the recovery community. We do not loan money, but we are willing to work with your current situation.

<div>With your support, I plan to acquire properties through tax deeds and distressed homes, repair them, and open their doors to individuals working hard on their recovery. Once these homes are ready, we’ll welcome residents who need a stable environment to get back on their feet. To ensure the program is sustainable, some properties will be kept as regular rentals, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the recovery houses and the rest reinvested into more real estate. This way, we can continue to grow and offer flexible rates to those who need it most.
