Hello, my name is Lazaro. I'm reaching out with a humble heart during an incredibly difficult time for our small family—my amazing wife Santa, our wonderful son Santiago, and myself. Recently, a series of setbacks has left us in a precarious situation. I have been diagnosed with a hernia that requires surgery, and my doctor has advised that I cannot work until after the operation and initial recovery. Without it, getting to medical appointments, running errands, or even returning to work once I'm able has become a constant struggle and expense. This has all converged as we approach Christmas and our son Santiago's birthday. As parents, it breaks our hearts that we cannot provide the brightness and celebration he deserves this year. More importantly, we need to stabilize our basic needs—rent, utilities, and groceries—until I can get back on my feet.
