This was not an easy decision, but it was one I had to make for my health and well-being. Over time, the stress from my work started to seriously affect my health, leading to weight loss, hair loss, anxiety, and loss of appetite. With the guidance of my doctor and regular meetings with a mental health therapist, I made a choice to step away from work to focus on my recovery. Taking this step was necessary, but it has come with unexpected financial hardship. Suddenly, I found myself struggling to keep up with essential bills and my car payment. The uncertainty of this transition has been overwhelming at times, but I am determined to prioritize my healing and work toward stability again. I am grateful for the support of my healthcare team and the encouragement of friends and family who have helped me stay focused on my recovery. I am asking for temporary help while I focus on healing and working toward stability again. I'll be pushing forward this 2026. There's a whole world ahead of me and nothing behind. The rearview mirror is a waste of time. Hand on. Hand on. Any support you can offer will make a meaningful difference as I work to rebuild and move forward.
