Hi World, August 1, 2025 - Hopscotch George Goldginer, fka Sparky and aka Little Dude, Hoppi, George traveled the rainbow bridge. His first hero is still doing her work to save dogs in rural Alabama. Winder of 2013/14 there was a freak ice storm. This small dog was hiding in rubble at night and making himself seen during the day. She spent 4 days and night trying to get him safe. until she could convince the little dude he should be captured. Her heart and patience won over. February 2014 Little Dude and I connected and I would joke I'm sure who saved who. She continues to rescue abandoned dogs and her funds are running terribly low. I would love to see Little Dudes legacy fill up her account and give her some financial relief for a bit. A friend tagged me and the rest is history. First hour with me and little dude, I was in the car taking a work conference call. My days only got better from here Another dog rescue 5k - we did as many as I could get us too! Little Dude and his lady friend Coco. She was my neighbors dog and when she had to give him up I offered to take her. It was too much and so finally my sister adopted Coco. These two remained friends until Hoppi's final days. He was always a fan of the ladies! Little Dude and Rosie, "baby bear" and Rocco "the puppy" :) A special moment between Little Dude and my dad (who was battling pancreatic cancer at the time)
