I am a 33 year old single mom of a 14 year old, and I’m 36 weeks pregnant, soon to deliver my second child. Recently, I’ve fallen on really hard times. I’m short on my rent and need funds to get my car back. While trying to come up with the money for rent, I was pulled over by law enforcement and my car was taken because I didn’t have insurance. I had just started working again, but my job was cut short since I was well over five months pregnant and couldn’t continue working in the chemical plant. This left me needing even more money to pay my rent, get my car back, and cover a flag and ticket. I’ve reached out to everyone I could possibly ask for help, but only my Pastor was able to assist. The funds raised will help me pay the remaining balance of my rent so I don’t have to worry about eviction, and will allow me to get my car back in my possession. Having transportation is essential for my family, especially with a new baby on the way and my son needing to get to and from school.
