<div>I am a single mother of four. Not long ago, I made the hardest decision of my life and led my children out of an abusive situation with their father. We left with very little, but we left with our safety. Since then, we have been rebuilding our lives piece by piece.

<div>My daughter has been one of the strongest through it all. Despite everything she experienced, she grew into the most loving and compassionate woman. She now works for a nonprofit organization helping children in need — children who are hurting, children who need someone to believe in them. She gives her whole heart to others every single day.
