I greet you in the name of Jesus. My name is Pastor Khamis Artema, and I have the privilege of serving Sudanese Community Church here in Minnesota. By God’s grace, we have been blessed with many new families who have found our church a place of spiritual support, healing, and hope. For many who came to this country carrying grief and loss, the church has become home. Every Sunday we worship together, pray together, and encourage one another in Christ. But we face a practical challenge: Many of these families do not have reliable transportation. Some live far from the church. Without transport, parents struggle to bring children for Sunday school. Elderly members miss services. New families who desperately need fellowship are left at home. The Need: A 14-Passenger Van We are believing God for a 14-passenger van to safely transport these families to church and back home each week. This van will: 1. Bring families to worship No one will miss hearing God’s Word because of lack of transport. 2. Carry children safely Sunday school and youth will grow when kids can get to church. 3. Serve the sick & elderly We can visit those in hospital, take them for appointments, and ensure they are not forgotten. 4. Unite our community The van will be more than metal and wheels. It will be a tool for love, care, and discipleship. How You Can Help We are asking good wishers, friends of ministry, and partners in the Gospel to help us raise funds for this van.
