Hi, I'm Elijah Thornburg. Nice to meet y'all. I'm kind of scared to express myself today, but here we go. I'm 17, I have a mother but no father. My mother does her hardest for us. I have a baby girl named Layanie; she's 3 months old. I'm here because I'm really in need of help. I've been trying my hardest to find a job. I went to a handful of interviews within my area, and they're just not hiring me. My momma and I come from Louisiana, and we've been through things our whole life, and nothing is getting better. I really just want to have my own bed and have a roof so I can have my mom and my daughter somewhere to sleep. So please help us with money for an apartment.
