Hi everyone, Time to give everyone an update. It has been a long five months of recovery at times very hard and extremely emotional. It has not been easy to come back from such a catastrophic heart attack but it has been with your help and donations that I have been able to stay at home and off work recovering with the kids. I’m finally starting to feel better physically, but emotionally I probably will be dealing with that forever. But I am still here not off the playing board yet having such a catastrophic heart attack has changed a lot of things in my life now but soon I will be returning to work and getting back to my old routine. I am so thankful for you all and I have so much love to give back to you for what you have done for the kids and I love love love to you all an extra extra love to the girls. You know who you are who made this possible. But for right now still at home recovering and just trying to build my strength, but things are looking up and I’m here for another round I did add some random pics from after the attack
