<div>11 years ago, my wife changed my life over a cup of blueberry tea from Tim Hortons.

<div>We were both from small towns in Newfoundland and met online back in 2014. On our first date, she asked me to bring her a blueberry tea. Afterward, I actually drove back through the drive-thru just to buy one for myself because it smelled so good.

<div>That night, she took me for a drive along the ocean through quiet Newfoundland towns, and we sat under the stars talking about life, family, and the future.

<div>I remember thinking:

<div>“Where has this woman been my whole life?”

</div>
<div>Today, the woman who became my wife, the mother of our three children, and the heart of our family is fighting for her life.

<div>My wife has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, and it has spread to her lymph nodes.

<div>Everything changed overnight.

<div>My wife is not only an incredible mother — she is also a nurse who has spent years caring for others during some of the hardest moments of their lives. She has always been the person people lean on when they are scared, hurting, or need help.

<div>The treatments have been physically and emotionally devastating. Some days she is so exhausted she can barely get through the day, yet she still worries more about our children more than herself.
