<div>March 13th we were told the devastating news that grandma has cancer. A very aggressive lung cancer and because it’s so aggressive they are doing very aggressive treatment. No time to waste. It’s hard for me to ask for help but here I am, terrified and asking. There is a bigger out of pocket payment that we HAVE to pay for treatment and then after it’s paid insurance will cover the rest. Anyone who knows me, knows what Grandma means to me and I’ll do anything to make sure she is taken care of. I can’t thank you enough even if you just send us some love and good energy. El 12 de junio de 2022 sucedió lo inesperado, su vida llegó a un final trágico que lo obligó a dejar atrás a su increíble esposa y sus dos posesiones más apreciadas, sus hijos. My sister and her family are in crisis. They are newly excepting parents with a 5 year old who are currently seeking shelter at my grandparents due to the Texas winter storm. I’ve had multiple people reach out asking how they can help, and I think the best way is collecting money/gift cards that they can use to get the things they will need like towels, linens, rugs,  and repairs.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Since Texas is still in a state of emergency, their house will just have to sit in it’s current condition until it’s safe to move forward and they can get a plumber and restoration company.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Please leave a comment or message me if you would like to help. My sister has Venmo and Paypal accounts.  Also please read their story below.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />My sister and her family were one of the millions without power for days during Texas’s winter storm. It became so cold that they packed up and headed to my grandparents house who was also with out power, but a bit warmer. They had to leave the cats behind because of my grandmother’s dogs, and when they went home to care for their cats they opened the door and walked into a house with about 2 inches of water all throughout their main floor. They tried soaking up the water but without power that left all their linens, towels and bedding soaking wet in the bathtub.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />A little bit can go a long way when replacing these items and helping with repairs. Thank you for your generosity, prayers, and supportive thoughts for them!

Repairs after Texas storm

I'm setting up this GoFundMe page for my sister, her husband and their four boys who have lost almost everything. </strong> <br /><br />On February 14th at 2AM they lost power in their home, they all bundled up in the living room with the fireplace but it only got up to 40 degrees in the home.<br /><br />On February 16th they took a few things and went to stay in the father-in-laws 5th Wheel.<br /><br />Today February 18th the dad and oldest son returned to the home after no power and that's when <span style="text-decoration:underline;">their whole world just fell apart</span> and they found that the pipes busted in the attic. The home was flooded and insulation covered everything they owned. The landlord came to take pictures but did not ask if they were okay or had a place to stay, she was not concerned at all except for them to get their stuff out.<br /><br />The support will go to helping them get clothing, food as well as get them into a new home and furnishing it. They are in need of help as soon as possible.<br /><br />They only have the few outfits for the kids that they took when they left and one thing of propane left to use to keep warm in the 5th Wheel. <br /><br />My sister and her family are always helping others and giving even when they have don't have much. They worked so hard day and night to have what they had. They never ask for help so this is me reaching out for them.<br /><br />It would mean the world to me and them if you could help in any amount.
