Mr. Steve, my family member, is facing an incredibly difficult time. After living in his home for over two decades, he is now dealing with two separate legal cases that threaten his independence and well-being. The first case involves the wrongful foreclosure of his beloved home, a place filled with memories and family support. The second case is even more troubling: Mr. Steve has been wrongfully made a ward of the State of Georgia, despite having family and support at his own home.
