It is with a heavy and broken heart, that we share this message:<br /><br />Friday afternoon, my sister and her two little babies were involved in a car accident which tragically led to loss of life.<br />Our beautiful little angel Jillian Craig "Jilly Bean" is gone too soon.<br />These unexpected tragic moments are ones that we are not prepared for, with the high cost of medical bills for the family and funeral services for Jillian. We want to give Jilly the most beautiful memorial that she deserves, to honor her beautiful life, memory, and say our last goodbyes until we see her again in Heaven. <br /><br />We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost for Dori and Lukas's medical bills, Nates unexpected travel and back to the US to be with his family and the funeral services. <p dir="ltr">Friends and family. I am asking for help. My weight and my failing health has been a rollercoaster ride for some time now. Many of you know and some don't. I lost my Dad when i was a teen. He was over weight and a workaholic. He died young. He was 34 and suffered a heartattack. I have always feared that i would suffer the same fate around the same age. Years ago i considered bariatric surgery. I completed all the challenges before surgery date and at last minute i decided against it. Today i regret that decision. Now is the time. This isn't for any selfish reason or that of vanity. This is life and death for me. I have tried nearly every healthy eating lifestyle. I have spent countless hours in the gym. My options because of health reasons are limited. A couple years back I was electrocuted and i now suffer from decreased cardiac function. My heart operates at about 45%. Last year i was attacked by one of my patients and have spinal and neck stenosis. My doctors have me on a weight baring limitaion of nothing over 10 lbs. I am not cleared for cardio. In order to live a prolonged and fulfilled life i need to get the weight off and keep ot off. I am asking for a goal of $4000. **Update** due to costs that were not factored in originally such as Psych Eval, heart stress test, nutritionists apointments, i jave had to increase my goal to $6,000** insurance covers most of the surgery. The hospital i have chosen is In Network. However the surgeon is not. My out of pocket deductible is $1500. The surgeons fees are $2500. This needs to be paid before actually having the surgery. As much as i wish i could afford this on my own, i cannot. So here I am, swallowing my pride, with tears in my eyes, asking you, my friends and family. If you are able and would like to, can you help me? I understand times are tough and not everyone can help, but if you can, perhaps donate to or share my campaign? Any bit will help and it will be greatly appreciated.&#160; You can say:&#160; Know that the severity of my health has forced me to take action. <div>Our amazing friend, <strong>June, was diagnosed with ALS last year</strong>. ALS is a progressive disease in which a person’s brain loses connection with the muscles, slowly taking away their ability to walk, talk, eat, and eventually breathe. There is no cure for ALS, but there is hope.

They will also eventually need to get a vehicle that is large enough for their whole family and can also safely transport June and her mobility device.
