A Wonderful Update on Ray’s Journey Toward a Double Lung Transplant We have some very encouraging news to share about Ray! Ray has successfully passed all of his transplant testing, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He has already received approval for the double lung transplant process! There is just one small hurdle that needs to be addressed before he can be officially added to the transplant list. Doctors found an issue with one of the arteries in his heart. They are going to treat it first and then reevaluate it in 30 days. Other than this small setback, everything else is looking good, and we are remaining hopeful and positive as Ray moves forward. Although he has not yet been officially placed on the transplant list, receiving approval after completing all his testing is a huge step forward! We want to thank everyone who has prayed for Ray, donated, shared his story, and continued to support him and Julie during this difficult journey. Your kindness and generosity mean more than words can express. We are taking this one step at a time and praying that in 30 days we will have even more good news to share.
