Adaptive Mode: Enabled — Independence Powered by Creation
About Me
Hi, my name is Wheelz.
I’m 38 years old and I live with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive condition that limits my physical mobility. I rely on a ventilator and daily assistance—but technology gives me something priceless:
Independence
I’m a content creator, gamer, video editor, and graphic designer. My computer is the center of everything I do and makes the seemingly impossible, possible. It’s how I stream, edit videos, design graphics, and stay engaged with the world that would otherwise feel distant. Gaming isn’t just entertainment for me—it’s mental stimulation, focus, problem-solving, and real social connection. It keeps my mind active and engaged, which plays a critical role in supporting my mental health.
Creating content gives me purpose and a mental escape from the difficulties of life. It allows me to tell my story authentically, build community, and show that disability doesn’t erase creativity, competitiveness, or ambition—it simply changes how we access them. Through gaming and creation, I’ve learned that adaptation isn’t a weakness; it’s a skill.
When your body has limits, your tools matter.
For me, my PC is how I stay creative, connected, and mentally strong.
And everything I build flows into Kripple Gamers With Attitude (KGWA)—a community and mindset rooted in confidence, resilience, and unapologetic creativity in gaming.
KGWA’s mission is simple: to create inclusive gaming spaces that empower people with disabilities to play, create, compete, and be seen—without apology, without limits, and without being underestimated.
The Urgent Reality
My current PC is failing.
Crashes, long boot-up times, sometimes doesn’t boot at all, freezes, slow rendering, and instability are making it harder—and sometimes impossible—for me to:
• Stream or game reliably
• Edit videos and animations
• Create graphics and content for my community
When your computer is your primary tool for communication and creativity, failure isn’t an inconvenience—it’s a shutdown.
The Goal
I’m raising funds to acquire a high-performance gaming and content-creation PC, specifically a Skytech King 95 Gaming PC (or an equivalent system), built to handle modern gaming and professional-level creative workloads.
System includes:
• Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor
• NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card
• 64 GB DDR5 RAM
• 4 TB Gen4 SSD
• Advanced cooling for long-term stability
This setup would allow me to work, create, and game without constant technical interruptions.
Why This Matters
Gaming and content creation aren’t hobbies for me—they’re how I:
• Maintain independence
• Express creativity
• Build community
• Show others with disabilities what’s possible
This campaign isn’t about chasing top-tier gear.
It’s about keeping my creative world online.
Where The Funds Go
Every dollar raised goes toward:
• Replacing my failing PC
• Ensuring reliable hardware for content creation
• Supporting accessibility-focused gaming and creative work
If a brand sponsorship becomes part of this journey, all funds will still be used to strengthen my setup, accessibility needs, and ongoing content creation.
Final Note
Stay tuned—for updates on how I plan on catering my thanks for each and every one of my supporters. I will have that information on my website which I will link either below or elsewhere on this campaign.
Thank you again for being part of this journey. Your support is helping turn technology into independence, creativity, and possibility.
