Similar to the Bricks & Mini Figs situation, a very rich and powerful man by the name of James M Dugan has stolen a large sum of money from my sick and disabled elderly mother, Lynn Merrill. A permanent public court order states that James Dugan was to move out of his estate, sell it, and split the equal value with Lynn Merrill. Instead, James never moved out and forged an illegal signature, taking full ownership of my mother’s half of a valuable estate. This left Lynn without her rightful share and forced her into a life of uncertainty and hardship. My mother is very sick with severe scoliosis and remains living in Hawaii with only government-appointed medical care. She struggles daily with her health and has no access to the quality care and stable living conditions she deserves. The legal battle has drained her resources, and she is left without the means to fight for her rights or care for her health.
