<div>A little background about my fiancée: he was a very healthy, hard-working man before he got sick with blood clots that developed in 2020. The doctors that first caught the blood clots did not do the right testing for him. As a result, doctors cannot perform the right test (that could explain why or what kind of blood clots he has) because doing that can ultimately result in my fiancée dying, as the doctor has explained. Basically, he has to be on a medication that's just rat poison to keep him from clotting, but he has clotted over this medication multiple times already and has had multiple ICU hospital stays since 2020. He has had a collapsed lung due to the blood clots (still waiting to see a lung doctor), has flatlined, and the doctors brought him back. The doctor has placed a shunt system in his lower left abdomen area; there is one in the abdomen, pelvis area, and in his left thigh as well. This system is to help the flow of blood, break down large blood clots from deep veins by using those stents; it helps keep the veins open and keeps clots from entering the lungs, heart, or brain. This has really been difficult over these 5 years; he has been through it.

<div>My fiancée is the most upstanding man ever. He has a heart of gold; he's very, very loved by our children, family, friends, and myself. The biggest thing is that my fiancée is scared he's gonna pass away from this and leave our 6-year-old daughter alone. Our daughter is his little mini-me, and it's very rough on them both. My fiancée is also scared to leave behind our son, who's 16 years old and Autistic. He truly is an incredible father and husband to us. This journey has been very difficult for him since it all began.
