Help Our Families Rebuild After Apartment Fire

On Memorial Day at 5am, our lives changed forever when a devastating fire tore through our apartment building. All four apartments were affected, and in total, seven adults, six children, and four beloved cats were displaced by this tragedy. We are deeply grateful that everyone made it out safely, but the fire destroyed much of what we owned and left multiple families trying to rebuild from nothing. Along with losing our homes and personal belongings, four vehicles were damaged, including important items stored inside them. Clothing, children’s necessities, work supplies, shoes, school items, furniture, electronics, sentimental keepsakes, and everyday essentials were either destroyed or heavily damaged by the fire, smoke, and water. One of our biggest priorities right now is getting our vehicles repaired so we can continue traveling to and from work, medical appointments, school, and other daily responsibilities. Without reliable transportation, it has become even harder to recover from this tragedy and maintain stability for our families and children. Without help, we risk losing our jobs and falling further behind on bills, making it even more difficult to rebuild our lives. We are asking for help to raise money for vehicle repairs and transportation costs, clothing and shoes for adults and children, temporary housing and daily necessities, replacing household items and personal belongings, food, toiletries, medications, and supplies, as well as care for our cats and pets affected by the fire. This has been an emotional and overwhelming experience for all of us, especially for the children who lost the comfort and security of their homes. Any donation, no matter how small, will help our families begin the long process of rebuilding our lives after this heartbreaking loss. If you are unable to donate, we completely understand and would be grateful if you could share our fundraiser and keep our families in your prayers. Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and generosity during this incredibly difficult time.
