Journey Medina

Hello, my name is Journey Medina, but I go by the name Jem. I am a disabled college student in Chester County, Pennsylvania. My therapist, primary care physician, and I decided that I would need a service animal. My service animal of choice is a miniature horse. Miniature horses and dogs are the only animals that are considered service animals, according to the ADA. I chose a miniature horse because I need a sturdier animal, and I don't have it in my heart to bring another dog into my life once my current dog passes away. Additionally, I know it isn't safe to bring another dog into my house because my dog, Delta, would try to fight it. She wouldn't fight the service dog if it were her size or smaller, but I don't want to take any chances. I made this fundraiser so I can bring the miniature horse home to Pennsylvania to begin its job as my service animal. In
