 My name is Joe Medina, and I am raising funds on behalf of Jason Patrick Chavez.

</div>
<div>
 Jason Patrick Chavez has deep roots in both the Bay Area and Fresno music/arts scenes. You might know him as DJ 4AM for his music selections at the turntable—helping you to dance yourself clean well into the wee hours. Perhaps you know him from JP Lovecraft's Creepy Podcast or his music recorded under the name Jason Nevermind. However you know Jason, you undoubtedly know that he is one of us—one of the oddballs and one of the real ones. As you also know, we are currently living in a time that can foment a feeling of hopelessness for many people. This occurs despite all our best efforts to keep grinding and pushing to keep on keeping on.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Unfortunately, Jason found himself in a moment where he succumbed to that hopelessness, and shortly thereafter, he was sent to a crisis center for 10 days. He then made the decision to check himself into a residential care facility, where he began a 30-day program to regain hope and find a path forward for turning his life around.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 On September 4th, he is released back into the world, ready to make the most of this second chance at life. Jason's current plan is to get a place with his beloved uncle, with whom he will share the rent and also take on a part-time role as a caretaker. He also plans on doing remote work and picking back up his artistic pursuits.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 However, all of this will require assistance, and that is where we all come in.
</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
 With the proceeds raised on GoFundMe, Jason plans on securing all the basics necessary for starting over. That means a couple months of rent, a phone, a bed, a desk, a computer, a dresser, a bit of other furniture, groceries—the basics. With your help, Jason can start this new chapter of his life with a strong and secure footing.

 Remember that song, 'Last Night a DJ Saved My Life?' Well, maybe now's the time for you to go ahead and return the favor.

 Thank you so much in advance.

Support Jason's Fresh Start in Life

<div>Hi, this is Alicia, Keith's wife. He has passed away today from a battle with liver disease. Although this was something we knew he had we thought he had more time and his passing is untimely and a shock. Anything you can do to help me lay him to rest is appreciated. I will update with service or celebration of life dates as soon as I have them planned.
