<div>Im Februar wurde uns in Ellwangen eine streunende Katze gemeldet, die sich in einem erschreckend schlechten Zustand befand. Als wir sie aufnahmen, war schnell klar: Ohne Hilfe hätte sie kaum eine Chance gehabt.

<div>Ihre Augen waren nahezu vollständig milchig, sie konnte kaum noch sehen und litt zusätzlich unter einer starken Atemwegsproblematik. Dank vieler Tierarztbesuche, intensiver Behandlung und zahlreicher Antibiotikagaben hat sie bereits große Fortschritte gemacht. Zum Glück kann sie heute wieder deutlich besser sehen und ihr Allgemeinzustand hat sich spürbar verbessert.

<div>Bis hierher wurden bereits umfangreiche Untersuchungen und Behandlungen durchgeführt – unter anderem Blutuntersuchungen, Tests auf FIV (Katzen-AIDS) und FeLV (Leukose) sowie weitere notwendige Diagnostik. Die bisherigen Tierarztkosten wurden vom Tierschutz getragen, doch inzwischen stoßen wir finanziell an unsere Grenzen.

<div>Leider ist ihre Behandlung noch nicht abgeschlossen. Als Nächstes stehen eine dringend notwendige Zahnsanierung sowie eine Immuntherapie an. Beides ist wichtig, damit sie endlich schmerzfrei leben und vollständig gesund werden kann.
