Hi, My name is Jack Roberts, In 2026, I'm attempting something crazy: Driving from the UK to Thailand. I'm fundraising for the ultimate Road Trip - Driving from the UK to Thailand in my High milage car, which has done over 300,000 miles in my 2004 Ford Mondeo estate. can I do it? But Why? I've always loved travel and adventures. instead of flying around the world, i want to experience it properly - Mile by Mile, country by country, I love driving and this journey has been in my notes for some time and it will take me across multiple country's, continents and culture's, documenting the entire experience along the way on all my social media. The Challenge its a huge a challenge - thousands of miles, long border crossings, unpredictable roads and plenty of things that could go wrong. but that's exactly what makes the adventure exciting, Right?? The route will take me from the UK through Europe into Georgia across into Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and finally reaching southeast Asia into Burma and down into North of Thailand. What will i do During the Trip I'll be documenting the entire trip, sharing the journey, the challenges and the incredible places along the way, from remote mountain roads to unexpected encounters, sleeping in the car, eating & cooking on the side of the road, the high's and the lows. The Goal is to show you what overland travel really looks like, not just off google images. My Social media is here : My Social Links Why am I Asking for Donations This kind of journey comes with a lot of costs - fuel, visas, vehicle preparation, insurance, travel preparation and supplies. I am funding towards this journey and All donations will go to help me fund this journey and make this happen and make it a reality to drive to Thailand, every penny counts towards this trip and you will be a part of this journey with me. I will be reaching out to company's to help sponsor this journey, the more people involved the better.
