Independent Living is Possible

Family of three adults with rare genetic disease wishes to stay together in one family compound home. The dream is 3 separate living quarters with 1 main common unit for laundry, pantry, gathering, garage, storage, and an enclosed internal courtyard accessible from each of the living quarters. 100% wheelchair accessible. 3 adults, none of which can live alone, but together we can do it! One additional ADU could be used for a live-in caregiver. No homes or home plans we have found meet our unique needs; thus, a custom build has been recommended to us on land zoned for multi-family homes. Unfortunately, due to the difficulties of the disease, we do not have adequate financing to build the compound or buy the land. It is a big ask, but I don't know what else to do. Funding, Financing, Architectural plans, Land, Materials ... every little bit helps. It takes a village... help keep us at home and independent.
