Hi, my name is Heidi Schuster. I have become a certified service, obedience, agility, scent, and many other things dog trainer. My goal is to have working capital to grow my business, continue to help families who can't afford to pay for all of the training and supplies and certification they need on their own, spread the word about my ability to train, and also move on to the next step of schooling and be able to pay for it so I can become a certified training instructor and help give other people the gift of doing what I do which IS BEYOND REWARDING! Ironically, a few months ago, I had a conversation with a young man, and he made a comment to me. He said, if you're not living your passion through what you do for a living, you're not living. It made me think there are two things in this world that make me happy: people and dogs. To watch the transformation of what happens as you train not just the dog "client" but the handler and family at the same time is one of the most beautiful gifts I've been given the ability to watch. I want to grow this business and pass it on to my grandkids one day because they both have the same passion for animals and people that I do. To watch people blossom as their companion understands what their needs are is the most beautiful gifts I feel I can give someone. Unfortunately, I can't do it for free, but I do donate a lot of my time to helping families in need, which unfortunately puts me in a situation where I can't properly financially support my entire household. But I feel the way I was raised is that if someone is in need, you pay it forward. So, the families that I help that financially can't afford to pay for what I do, that's my gift of paying it forward. If anyone is able to help me move on to the next stage for schooling and also put together working capital so I can continue to work with these families that are in such desperate need, it would be so appreciated. The money will be used to help provide equipment training further my schooling and benefit families who are in such desperate need of having a service dog or just a properly trained dog but there are expenses involved with registering, training and equipment especially when doing service training. I'm going to include a few videos and pictures of some of my "clients." They have become much more than just another client; these families have become part of my family. It's an amazing gift. Please help me continue to grow my dream and make this a reality. If I could do it on my own, I would in a second.
