<div>My name is Luis Gutiérrez, and I am raising $20.000 to help my mother survive the sudden loss of her husband, Jonathan, who passed away unexpectedly from leukemia at only 47 years old.

<div>Jonathan was the father of my two younger siblings, Isabella, 11, and Josué, 4. He was also the main provider for their home in Chile, covering their monthly rent of about $750 USD while my mother paid for food, utilities, and the children’s needs.

Jonathan could not practice law there despite earning his degree in Venezuela, so he sold popcorn on the streets, worked as a waiter, and took any honest job he could to support his family. My mother worked as an esthetician, doing skin care treatments, massages, and beauty services.

Earthquake Emergency in Venezuela

<div><strong>Jazzy has been battling Neuroblastoma cancer for 7 years.</strong> Jazzy is out of options and we are on the search for clinical trials. <strong>As of right now, we are traveling out of state to Pennsylvania to try the Peach trial.</strong> This consists of traveling 6 hours, staying there for at least a month, gas, food, lodging, etc. We are currently not working because of her extensive treatment. Standing with Jazzy on Her Clinical Trial Journey

<div>My niece has been failed by CPS, her grandparents, and her parents. CPS has sent her back to a home with a child rapist and abuser. I know they are those things because one of her parents, my sibling, is the same rapist that sexually abused me beginning at age 5.

<div>My parents (her grandparents) are physically and mentally abusive, as well as in support of their rapist child to the point of accusing me and their other victims of false memories, as well as later admitting to it happening but saying I should get over it. I refuse to let them take advantage of my silence anymore. I have tried for years to get custody of her, but when my parents found out, they contacted my sibling, and they have hidden her from me since then.

<div>Resources like police and nonprofits that do wellness checks can't help me because I don't have any solid information on her whereabouts as they have hidden her so well, nor do I have proof of what my sibling has done to us. She is now 17, turning 18 in April 2026, and CPS blew their chance so hard to be of any real use anymore.
</div>

<div><strong>All I want is my niece in a place where she feels and is safe, whether that is with me or not.</strong> I want to hire a private investigator to help me find a way to contact her so I can ask where she wants to go because I know she doesn't want to be there. She opened a CPS case against her stepfather to try to get out and most recently tried to take her life. She deserves so much better than this; no child deserves this.

<div><strong>With any money left over from the private investigator, I will use it to help her escape and get her set up with whatever she may need (e.g., clothes, personal hygiene stuff, furniture, college when she's ready). If there is any left over from these things, I want to put that in a savings account in her name.</strong>

<div>I wish someone had tried to help me as a child, someone who didn't have ill intent. I have been in abuse situation after abuse situation because I did not have any real guidance until I got into therapy, divorced my abusive ex-husband, and cut off my parents. I'm now thriving, and I want that for her too, but I want her to skip all the other abuse. I want her to know she has a choice beyond taking her own life and living with child rapists and abusers.

<div>I have been in therapy for years and medicated (Prozac) for a little over a year now. I'm in a very stable point in life, but I am still recovering from the debt it took to get away from my abuser, which is another thing I want her to not have to deal with. I am by no means thriving financially, but again, I am stable.

<div>She was born when I was 9 years old, and I was so lucky to have her in my care between the ages of 6 months to 1 year and then again from 3 years to 6 years. No one was taking care of the baby, and eventually, it came to feel that she was my baby. She used to call me mommy when she was a toddler, and as much as I felt that too and wished it were the case, I couldn't allow her to call me that out of fear that if my sibling heard, they would beat us both or not want me to care for her anymore. Again, no one would take care of the baby besides people I knew would only harm her. I had to be there, and I'm glad I was. I would do it all again for her in a heartbeat.

<div>I am writing these words while living with my family inside a tent in Gaza, after we lost our home and everything we owned. I live with my parents, three brothers, and two sisters. We used to live a calm and stable life, but everything changed completely after the events of October 7, under the ongoing war and blockade.

</div>
<div>We have been displaced more than seven times, moving from one place to another without any safety or stability, until we ended up in a small tent that became our only shelter. At times, we were even forced to sleep in the streets with no protection or shelter.
</div>

</div>
<div>We are living in extremely harsh conditions; sometimes we go to sleep hungry and struggle to find clean drinking water. We have lost our source of income and now rely entirely on aid, while living in constant fear from the sounds of shelling and explosions.

<div>One night, I suffered a serious head injury, an experience that was extremely painful and unforgettable.
</div>

<div>Despite everything, my sister and I graduated from high school with high marks and dreamed of studying medicine to help others and ease their suffering. However, we have been unable to continue our education due to financial hardship and the current situation.

Since then, I’ve applied to 433 jobs, gone through over 100 interviews, and done everything I possibly can to secure continued employment or an extension — all while fighting colon cancer and undergoing chemotherapy.

Buying Time to Heal: Help Colby Continue Cancer Treatment

<div>My name is Hunter and I have had Oliver for about 4 years. I adopted him from a family member that passed when he was under the age of 2. Oliver had occasional seizures that were not very serious and has seen many emergency vets when they happened but until this most recent episode of cluster seizures they were under control. Since this last episode of seizures he was put onto phenobarbital and it was working great. Until he started having strange symptoms and I rushed him to the emergency vet once again where he was diagnosed with early stages of IVDD. At this time we are trying to treat with conservative management but he needs physical therapy and there’s a good chance he’s going to see a neurologist and need a MRI/ possibly surgery. I have spent thousands on vet visits for him. This last month alone has been over 1,000 of emergency treatment. All funds will go towards Ollie’s current and future medical care.
