What they care about

I’m the founder of Harmony Meditation. I’m passionate about making mental wellbeing support accessible and creating a healthier, happier community. 💚

Help Build a Calmer, More Connected Community Online in 2027 Hello, my name is Maresha Howard, founder of Harmony Meditation. I’m raising funds to launch our online community wellbeing services in 2027, helping more people access support and connection from their own homes. Nobody should feel they have to face life’s pressures alone. Stress, isolation and financial pressures can make everyday life harder. Travel, caring responsibilities and busy schedules can also prevent people from attending activities in person. The need is real: 22.6% of adults aged 16–64 in England had a common mental health condition in 2023/24, according to NHS survey findings. In January 2026, 23% of adults in Great Britain reported feeling lonely often, always or some of the time, according to the Office for National Statistics. (digital.nhs.uk, ons.gov.uk) Behind these figures are our friends, neighbours, parents and colleagues—people who may be struggling quietly. Your support can help bring a welcoming wellbeing community into people’s homes. Through live online meditation, sound sessions, creative art and writing activities, and life coaching, Harmony Meditation aims to help people: * Connect with others and build a sense of belonging. * Explore practical ways to manage everyday stress. * Express themselves through creativity. * Build confidence and work towards personal goals. * Access free or reduced-cost sessions without needing to travel. My vision is for the impact to reach beyond the screen: stronger connections, greater confidence and more opportunities to bring calm into everyday life. How your donations will be used Funds will support online session platforms, essential sound and video equipment, creative resources, free or reduced-cost places, and outreach for our planned 2027 launch. The amount raised will determine the scale of our services and how many subsidised places we can offer. I will share updates on our progress, spending and participant feedback. Our sessions will offer community wellbeing support, complementing professional mental health care where needed. Help us turn online connection into meaningful community support. Please donate if you can, or share this fundraiser. Together, we can help more people find a welcoming space to pause, connect and move forward. Maresha Howard Founder, Harmony Meditation.
