Give 2 Grow Communities

<div>Hello friends,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m excited to introduce <strong>Give &amp; Grow Inc., a new nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families in our community access essential resources like housing support, food, furniture, toys, clothing, and household goods.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We already have a garage full of goods ready to distribute, but before we can officially operate, we need to cover a few essential startup costs:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>NJ Certificate of Incorporation: $75 – this officially registers Give &amp; Grow Inc. in New Jersey
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>IRS 1023-EZ filing fee: $275 – this gives us 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, allowing donations to be tax-deductible and grants to be applied for
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Optional bank and minor fees: $25–$50 – to open a nonprofit bank account and cover small administrative expenses
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Attorney filing fees: $150–$200
</div>
<div>Delivery Equipment $200
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Total needed: approximately $375–$700</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Make donations tax-deductible
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Allow us to expand our services and help more families
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Put clothing, furniture, toys, and household goods directly into the hands of families who need them
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Even a small contribution of $5–$10 moves us closer to making Give &amp; Grow Inc. a reality for our community.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us Give &amp; Grow hope where it’s needed most!
