<div>We are Pat and Geri , a family that moved from California to return to Ohio to be closer to my family. We invested our savings and a construction loan into a home renovation, only to be defrauded by licensed contractors. After a year of paying for a renovation, our home was discovered to be incomplete and dangerous. Together, we care for Pat's sister, Jennine, who is disabled and lives with us full-time. We invested our life savings and a home renovation loan to create a safe, accessible space for our family, including Jennine and Geri's 93-year-old mother.

<div>•	No insulation in any new walls
</div>
<div>•	Over $130,000 in funds lost or misused
