Thanks to 19 of you, we have officially raised $1,075 toward fixing our vehicle! Words cannot describe how much your generosity, kind words, and prayers mean to my daughter and me during this tough start to the school year. Because my current car has a dead transmission, is still under monthly payments, and has logged nearly 300,000 miles, fixing it has become a very temporary solution to a much larger problem. To truly give my daughter the safety, health, and stability she deserves long-term, we need a reliable bridge forward. With that in mind, we are adjusting our final goal to $7,000 so we can secure a completely safe, inspected, and dependable pre-owned vehicle that gets us legally on the road. I believe in giving back to the community that has lifted us up. Once we have reliable wheels, I can't wait to continue providing rideshares to our neighbors in need, offering my handyman services, and volunteering my coaching in sports at the park for our local kids.
