Hello, my name is Finn. My pronouns are they/he. I am a 19 year old trans and genderqueer person. With the lack of insurance coverage, My company doesn't cover all the surgical fees and with added travel expenses to the specialist. I am getting my top surgery this Spring! Gender-affirming care is a life-saving medical necessity. This surgery will alleviate years of daily physical discomfort (from binding) and debilitating gender dysphoria. Every day I bind my chest, I'm reminded of the gap between how I feel and how I look. I'm finally ready to close that gap!
