Because only my fiancé was on the lease, we were evicted and left with nowhere to go. Now, my children and I are living in a hotel, trying to find a way forward after so much loss. Every day, I do my best to keep my kids' spirits up and show them that there is still hope, even when life feels impossible. What we need most right now is a safe place to call home.
