<div>Over the last several years, Gina has been raising her daughters as a single parent while working multiple jobs, caring for her home, and doing her very best to provide stability, love, and joy for her family. She is and has always been deeply grateful for the family and friends who have surrounded her and her girls with care, encouragement, and support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After months of medical appointments, testing, biopsies, imaging, treatments, and mounting copays, Gina has now been diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer. She has already begun treatment and is preparing for a double mastectomy in the coming weeks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Like far too many people in our circles, we have seen this disease up close — many of us in her “crew” having experienced it personally as well. Alongside the well wishes, prayers, love, and encouragement comes a reality that few people talk about until they are living it: the overwhelming financial and administrative burden of cancer. No one prepares you for it. No one truly guides you through it. The medical system is not designed with consideration for personal finances, time, or capacity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cancer treatment can span months or years and, over time, can cost hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars. Even with insurance, deductibles, copays, prescriptions, travel to appointments, uncovered treatments, and time away from work add up quickly. The cost of rest and recovery — especially for a single parent who is also the sole source of income — is significant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is being created with humility and sincere gratitude. Its purpose is to help ease one very real and constant concern during an already overwhelming time: financial stress. Medical care does not pause daily life, even as energy and focus need to be directed toward healing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Gina’s support group calls ourselves “Gina’s Spot Crew.” Gina loves to work out, and her health has always been important to her. In the gym, having a partner means spotting one another — being there when the weight feels heavy, stepping in when needed, and making sure no one carries the load alone. We are her life team, and this is our way of spotting her and helping with the heavy lifting so she can focus on healing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>People often speak about being strong in moments like this, and those words are offered with love. At the same time, what can be most helpful is having the breathing room to step back when needed — to rest, to heal, and helping Gina have time to care for herself — without the constant weight of financial worry adding to everything already on her shoulders. This fundraiser is meant to help provide that relief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised here will help support:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	Medical copays and treatment-related expenses
</div>
<div>•	Time and flexibility to step back from work when needed
</div>
<div>•	Everyday living costs during treatment and recovery
</div>
<div>•	Practical support that allows Gina to focus on healing
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She recently shared the following words, which speak powerfully for themselves:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>“After months of poking, prodding, needles, MRIs, mammogram after mammogram, endless doctor appointments, biopsies, ultrasounds, more needles, crazy copays, oral treatment with other treatments, and overwhelming amounts of stress… I’m ready to share that I have bilateral (both sides) breast cancer. I’ve started treatment, and I will be headed for a double mastectomy in a few weeks. Hopefully, 2026 will finish better than it began.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m scared, uncertain, but prepared for this battle. Thankful to my tribe of family and friends that have been and continue to be my support and sounding boards through tears, fears, sleepless nights, anger, and frustration. And thank you all for your patience, love, and grace, even when I’m hard to love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I count my blessings multiple times over. My girls will always be my biggest. Every. single. day.”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Gina continues to move through life — work, holidays, memory-making, laughter, and love — carried by deep gratitude for those around her and by the love she shares with her daughters.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re reading this and wondering how to help, please know that every gesture — whether a donation, sharing this page, a message, or simply holding Gina and her girls in your thoughts and through prayer— is received with genuine appreciation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In addition to this fundraiser, a meal support link will be shared for those who would like to help in that way. The link is <a href="https://www.giveinkind.com/inkinds/Y9H8I7T" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="https://www.giveinkind.com/inkinds/Y9H8I7T" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.giveinkind.com/inkinds/Y9H8I7T</a></a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being here, for caring, and for helping lift even a small portion of the weight Gina is carrying. The kindness shown through this community means more than words can express.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div>Hi, One week ago today our student was hit on his way to school. We are starting a fund for his family with their permission. Below is a statement from his mother.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Today marks one week since my son, Naijah was hit off his bike on his way to school. I know many people in the school and the community have been wondering how he is. Although I can not show the pictures, they are graphic, I can update you on his injuries and condition. He has undergone 2 surgeries. He broke his femur and had a rod placed in his left leg. His 2nd surgery, a metal plate was put in place to secure his fractured right hip, and he had a repair for a lacerated liver. His left kneecap was dislodged. He has multiple cuts and countless stitches. I am honestly surprised, overwhelmed, and grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love. I want to thank everyone for their prayers, well wishes, and support."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Naijah is in for a long recovery.
</div>
<div>He will have to learn to walk again without assistance and will be out of school for a while. Mom is driving back and forth from PSL to WPB daily and still navigating the kids at home and work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Naijah will spend his 15th birthday in therapy. It would be the greatest gift if he was able to come home with much-needed medical supplies, equipment, and comfort.
</div>

14 year old hit by car on the way to school

<p>Hi, my name is Heather Pipes, we are all asking for whatever you are able to donate to this amazing family! Vickie has been hospitalized for the past several weeks. She has been flown to a hospital in Pensacola. She could be there for a month or more. Afterwards she will need extensive therapy and rehab. Her family is so very grateful for all the kind words, thoughts, prayers, and everything else that has been extended to them. Please give to this family that is always there for others.
</p>

The Nash Family and Vickie need our support

My brother Jason had a bad accident on 1/29 due to this he has a broken femur bone along with a broken knee cap. Due to these circumstances he will be unable to work for about six months. He just recently started a new job so he did not qualify for benefits. We as his family want to help him get back on his feet as he has no income coming in and medical and household bills are piling up. Any donation would help him get through this extremely difficult time...

Art has had a significant impact on my life for as long as I can remember and I believe that this experience will help to further expand my horizons. With this program, I can begin to gain a college-level understanding of art and hopefully better my chances of being accepted into art school. However my family would not be able to afford the expenses on our own, therefore, with your help, I hope I will not have to worry about the price interfering with this opportunity." <br /><br /><strong>About the program:</strong> SCAD Summer Seminars offer workshops for high school students who have completed their freshman, sophomore or junior years. Students have the opportunity to gain a valuable educational experience while developing their creative vision through exciting art and design assignments and projects.<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/37619390_1552083999803137_r.jpeg" alt="37619390_1552083999803137_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />

She is a Mother of two children, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and aunt and a friend. Melissa was going to pick up her children from school yesterday (August 20th) when she suddenly fell ill, began vomiting blood and needed immediate medical attention. Melissa has been unresponsive and sedated while tests have been ran. In less than 24 hours her life has changed forever. Medical teams found Melissa to have cancer in the lungs, breasts and liver.<br />Life is so fragile. Life is so short. Melissa is 32 years old with a 10 year old son and almost 6 year old daughter. She loves with such passion and quietly observes what goes on around her and will extend her full heart out to others just to see them smile. She does this without expecting anything else in return or to be noticed as the giver. <br />I am asking anyone who has taken the time to read this, to please give as much or as little as you can. You are giving to a Mother, to a friend, to a wife, to a daughter, to a dear aunt, to a beloved sister, to a woman who will do anything to see you smile and to a human who needs help. <br />Funds that are made will be for the family costs needed for Medical needs, travel; as she is expected to be transferred for more intense care, and for her children and family as we do not know the extent that any of this will be. Her husband and family are doing what they can to surround her with support and love and this takes time from work. <br />Thank you for your time reading this. If you are not in the position to give monetarily, I ask you please send love, light, prayers and positive vibes to this woman and her family. Please.

Shaun's Funeral arrangements

"Get the word out. Teach all these things. And don’t let anyone put you down because you’re young. Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity. Stay at your post reading Scripture, giving counsel, teaching. And that special gift of ministry you were given when the leaders of the church laid hands on you and prayed—keep that dusted off and in use. Cultivate these things. Immerse yourself in them. The people will all see you mature right before their eyes! Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching. Don’t be diverted. Just keep at it. Both you and those who hear you will experience salvation." - 1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭11-16‬. For those who don't know me, my name is Angelique Quillen. I am 18 years old and live in Fort Myers, Florida. I started going to Next Level Church in September 2013 with my sister, Alexandria. On October 27, 2013 we got baptized together and from that moment on I realized my life would never be the same. <br /> While in high school all of my friends had different trials and tribulations that they went through. From boy problems, wanting to go and party, school stress. I took pride in them wanting to confide in me about the issues they were dealing with day to day. I never felt comfortable talking to people about my own personal things I had going on in my life - family problems, so when I started going to next level and learning about the Word of God and prayer, I felt a sense of relief and peace in my heart. My journey as a Christian hasn't been easy, but boy has it sure been worth it. <br /> As I continued to get more involved at my church - volunteering, collide on Wednesdays & other such things, my passion and relationship with God grew more and more everyday. A few weeks ago I went to what was called, "collide conference" it was four days and all of my closest friends were already there, on the last day I spontaneously decided to take a trip up there. During worship Pastor Matt called everyone up who was called to do ministry but I didn't go up for myself I went up for my friend Jaylee and Steph and was just praying over them then I realized God was talking to me and pulling at my heart strings and told me this is what I need to do for the rest of my life. <br /> I have to raise $3,500 by August to do the Next Level Leadership Academy, which is for young adults like me who feel they are called to ministry. Even a dollar would mean more than you could imagine. I appreciate you, whoever you are, for taking the time out to read my journey. I promise that your donation will be used to spread the Word of God and I will use my testimony to help change the lives of everyone I come across. God bless and thank you!
