My name is Olha Humeniak, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of the family of Volodymyr Nagirnyi, who unexpectedly passed away at the age of 40 on September 4, 2025 Volodymyr was a loving father to Vladyslav Nagirnyi, beloved son of Olga (née Khomyk) and Yaroslaw Nagirnyi, and brother of the late Igor Nagirnyi. His sudden passing has left his family devastated and facing significant financial burdens. The funds raised will be used to: 1. Cover the cost of transporting Volodymyr’s remains from Chicago, Illinois, USA to Ukraine. 2. Pay for funeral services and burial expenses in Ukraine. 3. Assist the immediate family, who are in deep grief and financial strain after this unexpected tragedy. All funds will be collected and distributed directly to Volodymyr’s parents, Olga and Yaroslaw Nagirnyi, to ensure that his final wish to be buried in his homeland is fulfilled.
