 My name is Rell, and I work 12–20 hours a day delivering for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Providing for my family has always been my top priority, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I recently sprained my ankle while delivering an order to a customer. Because of the injury, I was unable to work for over two weeks. Losing that income created a domino effect and we could no longer afford to keep renting the car I rely on to earn a living. We had no choice but to turn it in. To make things even more difficult, our child was born during this time. Having a newborn without reliable transportation has been incredibly stressful. Between doctor’s appointments, everyday errands, and trying to provide for my family, not having a car has made an already difficult situation even harder. My ankle is still healing, but I can’t afford to stay out of work any longer. I’m ready to get back on the road and start earning again. I just need transportation to do it. I’m asking for help covering the cost of renting a car for one month so I can return to work, support my family, and get back on my feet. The deposit is $500 and it’s roughly $34-$40 per day for the costs of the rental. Every donation no matter the amount, brings us one step closer. PETER LEE and WAVE keep filing notices they are appealing and asking for an extension each time to file their first brief and LOW AND BEHOLD IT"S BEEN OVER A YEAR!! NOw they have to file by end of April. I had to hire an appeals atty now since it finally seems like it will be in motion. The longer Peter drags this the bigger lawsuit i will have against him when I win this appeal too. For people who are curious here are the court case numbers and I will post the brief when they file it. Shannon is their attorney who said their law firm has an appeals department LOL yet she hires an appeals attorney outside their firm, make it make sense. They keep asking for extensions for over a year, can you believe the games they're playing? Well my attorney is on it and I will be hitting them with a slap back, malicious harassment lawsuit.

I won the original lawsuit so Wave now has to pay my previous attorneys fees thank GOD. tHE Judge award my first attorney 61, 000 that Wave has to pay him. They put the money in an escrow account now. SINCE THEY ARE APPEALING, my first attorney doesn't get that money until i win the appeal. NOW I need funds to pay my appeals attorney. As a teenager, I was misdiagnosed with epilepsy and prescribed a medication that has a rare side effect. That side effect rots teeth from the inside out. I've already had to have several root canals and extractions. But at this point my entire bottom teeth are not salvageable. The oral surgeon has advised me that the pain and rapid decay will only worsen if I don't have them all removed. Regular dentures will not work for me as my tongue is such that it will continually push them out. My only option is for an implant/permanent denture hybrid. The total amount exceeds $13,000. My parents can help out some, but they are both retired and on fixed incomes. I still need to be able to provide help to my son including his schooling. Any donation you can contribute would be an incredible help to me. I hate that this has to be an avenue that I take, but I'm blessed to have friends who can help.
