My name is Don, and I’ve always been a self-starter with a passion for building businesses and serving my community. Growing up in a family of tradesmen, I learned the value of hard work early on. At 18, I started in the flooring industry, working my way up from an installer’s helper to running my own business, Mikes Flooring. I managed everything from sales and advertising to installation and crew management. When the economy took a downturn in 2010, I had to close my business, but I didn’t give up. I shifted to landscaping, eventually starting 4 Seasons Lawn and Landscaping, offering year-round service. Even when COVID made things tough, I kept pushing forward, taking on retail management roles and consistently growing every store I led. This year, a sudden health issue required emergency surgery, and for the first time, I was forced to step back from work. After returning, I faced unexpected job loss. But I believe that every setback is a setup for a comeback. That’s why I’m launching Bikes Bibles and Coffee—a business that brings together my love for motorcycles, ministry, and coffee. My vision is to start with a mobile coffee trailer, serving riders and families, and eventually grow into a brick-and-mortar location with space for motorcycle gear, Christian products, a coffee shop, and even areas for community events and training. I want to create a family-friendly environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. Your support will help me purchase the coffee trailer, equipment, and cover essential startup costs like licenses and initial labor. If we raise enough, I can move into a permanent location, covering building costs, inventory, and advertising to establish a welcoming space for riders, families, and the community. I’m asking for your help to turn this vision into a reality. Every contribution brings me closer to creating a space that brings people together and supports our local community. Thank you for believing in this dream and for being part of this journey.
