<div>Hi, my name is Lachlan Beliveau, and I’m raising funds for my best friend since childhood- Korey Krog. If I wasn’t at home growing up, I was always at Koreys. He is like a brother to me. I want to do whatever I can to support him—and give his amazing mom some breathing room during this devastating time.

<div>Earlier this year, Korey started experiencing severe pain. After months of appointments and uncertainty, he was diagnosed in May 2025 with lung cancer. Since then, his world has changed completely.
</div>
<div>The cancer has spread—to his spine, his hip bone, and more recently, to his second lung. He’s gone through radiation in Kelowna and is currently receiving chemotherapy here in our hometown. He's on oxygen and has a chest tube to help drain fluid from his lungs. The pain is constant and intense—he’s on a fentanyl patch, and even something as simple as using his phone is too painful. His body is also suffering from edema (swelling), and he now needs daily help from his mom, who has taken time off work to care for him around the clock.

<div>This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden that’s fallen on both of them—things like travel costs, bills, medical-related expenses, and day-to-day support while his mom is off work. We’re hoping to raise $5,000, but anything helps.

Help Support Korey Krog and His Mom Through His Cancer 

<div>Angelina—affectionately known by those who love her as Sweet Ang—was the victim of a brutal and unprovoked assault outside her home in Vancouver’s Chinatown. She had been sitting on the front steps with her cat Leonard when she was suddenly attacked by three individuals in a horrifying act of violence.

<div>Since that day, Ang has been unable to return to work. She continues to struggle with the emotional, psychological, and physical aftermath of the attack. The healing process has been slow, painful, and isolating—made even harder by financial uncertainty.

<div>Her cat Leonard—a quirky, loving, and remarkably outgoing Sphynx who is as much a part of her heart as he is her home—was also caught in the chaos. Once known for his larger-than-life personality, Leonard now spends his days in hiding, visibly shaken and afraid. The contrast is heartbreaking. He’s physically healing, but emotionally, the trauma lingers.

Support for Sweet Ang's Recovery After Brutal Attack

<font color="#333333">It is with the heaviest of hearts that I am creating this GoFundMe. The course of our lives have been forever altered once again by an untimely, unexpected, and unfair loss. <br /></font><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/75948665_169723677853460_r.jpg" alt="Image" width="100%" media_type="3" /><font color="#333333"><br /><br />On the evening of October 11, 2023, our sister, daughter, partner, mother, and friend, Agnes Ratcliffe died suddenly of a heart attack. She was 37 years old. Although she had some risk factors for heart disease, it came as a shock and there were no warning signs. <br /><br />She is remembered fondly by, Bruce, their son, 3 year old Bruno. Agnes was tragically predeceased by her eldest daughter, Audrey, in November 2022 and our little sister, Melinda, in June 2023. This has been an awful year of losses for our family and this loss is especially earth shattering for children who who will have to navigate a world without a mummy, after already losing a sister.</font><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/75948665_1697236779222224_r.jpg" alt="Image" width="100%" media_type="3" /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/75948665_1697236778128473_r.jpg" alt="Image" width="100%" media_type="3" /><font color="#333333">A meal train has been started for Bruce to help over the next month. <div>20-year-old Charles Horvath Allan disappeared from a campsite in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada in 1989. His mother, Denise, has searched for her only son relentlessly ever since; visiting Canada from her native England 15 times.

Join The Final Search for Charles Horvath Allan

<div>The family of Joshua Lockwood was certainly not prepared to lose him at just 33 years of age. This tragic incident has left the family and friends of Josh devastated and in total shock.  Josh's paternal side of the family is asking for help so they can give Josh a Celebration of life he so deserves.

<div>Josh loved everyone, he walked with all walks of life and only ever wanted everyone to get along and be kind to one another.  He had a smile for everyone that crossed his path. There’s never an easy way to tell a tragic story like this, our hearts, communities and souls have Been shattered with The tragic loss of one special little man we’ve all come to know and love. Rhunes life tragically came to an end on March 4, 2019, that’s the day god gained not one but two angels in one tragic accident, sadly the passenger In the front of the vehicle lost her life as well, Kristy was a beautiful friend who had spent a beautiful sunny day with Krystal and Rhune and is a mother of 3 who was gracious to help Krystal in getting her and Rhune set up for a healthier future, Our hearts go out to all the families involved. Krystal survived with minor physical injuries but emotionally she is beyond repair right now. Life lately has handed her more than a few obsticals as we all know Krys she tries her best to power through but had before the accident fallen on some financial hardships. She is headed to a women’s shelter once released from the hospital, but she needs a place to lay her head in peace, and a quiet place to heal. The money donated will go to all living costs Krystal needs right now, funeral costs and what ever emotional /  counselling  Costs arise as she attempts to heal from this horrific tragity.
