 I’m raising funds for my father’s funeral and gravestone. Our family is distraught, and we are trying to honor him properly in the way he wanted.

 My father wanted to be buried in New Orleans, the city where he made his life and the place he called home. Honoring that wish means so much to us as we grieve this loss and try to give him the burial he wanted.

 Losing him has left a hole in my life that will never be replaced. In the coming weeks, these funds will help cover the funeral and gravestone so our family can focus on honoring his memory.

 If you are able to help, any donation or share would mean a great deal to us. Thank you for supporting my family during this painful time.

<font color="#333333"><span>Hi everyone, my good friend and Brother Godfrey is one of the most talented comedians I have ever seen. Time and time again, he has been overlooked by industry. So I ask that his fans, who I think deserve to see how special a “Comedy Special” can be. Please help fund his one-hour comedy special. I’m asking that the incredible people who have had the opportunity to catch glimpses of his greatness help us finance his
self-produced project. He’s often too humble to request your support. So I'm asking. Anything you could do to help would be greatly appreciated, and you’ll know you were a part of supporting something great.
<br />Thank You All, Dante…

Funding Godfrey’s Comedy Special

<div>My name is Shana, and I am writing this to help my daughter Tanzania (Tay) during a very difficult time.

<div>On January 3, 2026, my daughter’s apartment building caught fire. She woke up to flames and smoke in the early morning hours. She and her boyfriend were able to evacuate quickly and safely. The fire started in her unit due to some faulty wiring, and while we are immensely grateful and humbled that she was able to evacuate safely everything in the apartment has been damaged by fire, water, and soot.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>She is now forced to not only relocate, but also replace everything she owned. Unfortunately, her renters insurance recently lapsed, and she will have to start over from scratch.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Donated funds will help be used to:

</div>

<div>* obtain Immediate housing

</div>

<div>* Replace all belongings

</div>

<div>* Basic living expenses while she works through replacing everything.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We are immensely grateful for any donation that you can give. And if you are not in a position to donate anything at this time, we ask that you please share this GoFundMe so that we can get my daughter back on her feet.
